No, your monthly payments do not expire. Any unused amount will be rolled over to the next month and credited to your account. As a member of the VIP Bronze program, you’ll continue to enjoy exclusive membership discounts for as long as you’re enrolled.

Can I cancel my VIP Bronze Membership?

Yes, you can cancel your VIP Bronze Membership at any time without any questions. After the initial 12-month contract requirement, with a 30-day notice by email. If you choose to terminate your membership before the 12-month period, you will be required to pay the full price of any treatments received at the VIP Member rate. Any remaining funds in your account can be used towards skincare products and other services offered at Healthydermis. We value your membership and are here to assist you throughout your skincare journey.

Can I get an extra membership card?

As a member, you are issued one membership card. If you need an additional card, there is a fee of $15. This ensures that all members maintain exclusive benefits and secure access to our services. For assistance with obtaining an extra card, please contact our support team.
