This candida friendly meal replacement shake mixes instantly with cold water and/or nut milks. It can be used as a perfectly balanced meal replacement when you are on the go and don’t have time to create the ideal meal. The M’lis INSTANT MEAL can also be included in a weight loss program substituting up to two meals a day while providing essential nutrients to the body.
